Application of Mini Fire Stations
I. Solution Scenario
The purpose of the solution design is to enable firefighting personnel at various levels to dispatch socially established firefighting forces, such as professional firefighting teams and mini fire stations. Command management consoles (dispatchers: including the provincial firefighting headquarters, city/prefecture firefighting detachments, and county/district firefighting brigades) are deployed at firefighting centers at all levels. Command dispatch consoles (dispatched parties: sub-district/town professional teams, enterprise professional teams, and mini fire stations) are deployed at subordinate units, with a number of firefighters assigned under the dispatched parties.
II. Solution Topology
III. System Functions
1. Command and Dispatch: Cluster dispatch functionality for terminals under 3G/4G/5G public networks, WiFi, TD-LTE private networks, etc., including group intercom, individual calls, positioning, multimedia IM, video transmission, photo capture and upload, law enforcement recorder dispatch, and video conferencing.
2. Firefighting Forces: A map displaying the distribution of all firefighting forces within the province. Users can click on the corresponding icons on the map to view detailed information about specific units, providing leaders with a powerful visual decision-making tool for unified deployment.
3. Law Enforcement Recorder Dispatch: Conduct fire inspections, evidence collection, and data uploads for inspected units.
4. Alert Tasks: The superior unit assigns alert and rescue tasks to subordinate units or professional teams/mini stations, along with related management functions, including alert management, task assignment and communication, participation records, and creating new alerts.
5. Scheduling and Attendance: Includes roll call, check-ins, and other attendance management functions.
